About T Square WoodworkingWhy settle for what everyone else has? Custom doesn't come out of a box!
Established in 1996. T-Square Woodworking, Inc. is family owned and operated by cousins and partners, Randy Turbin and Glen Maxwell. Randy began refining his eye for detail when he was 17 years old, starting as an apprentice for high-end jewelers in Manhattan. It was his natural eye for intricate details that encouraged Randy to go out on his own. Years later, his creative drive discovered the nature of hardwoods. Randy and Glen originally started T-Square as a fire and flood restoration business. With their combined 45 years of experience, T-Square has maintained Preferred Vendor status with such companies as Allstate and Statefarm, as well Equity Residential. This preference by chief insurance and management companies has identified them as leaders not just in wood design, but in their ability to match existing wood elements with intense precision.
Randy and his team take precision matching one enormous step further by custom mixing stains and finishes that will match anything you might own. This means that T-Square Woodworking can complement any design plan you or your decorator can create! The T-Square staff becomes partners with each customer. Any customer can come to the shop to see their cabinetry being built. This start-to-finish approach of involvement sets T-Square apart from the competition.

Your custom cabinetry could very well cost significantly less than any other "custom" vendors by designing and handcrafting genuine custom wood fixtures directly form their Winter Park Shop, not from assembling out-of-box pieces. Not only are they able to provide you with unique, one-of-a-kind wood fixtures. T-Square cann add to or modify existing pieces in your home!

As a commercial general contractor, we retained T-Square Woodworking to provide custom millwork for two of our projects in 2013. One of the projects was a new Animal Hospital, the other was an after-hours renovation of an operating Law Office. Both of our projects required 100% custom millwork products for very discerning clients and interior designers.
Their work consisted of high-end, stain-grade wood, custom stain production, and custom laminate cabinets, workstations, reception desks and other architectural features. And because of the nature of one of the projects, we requested and they worked off-hours for us, even though they don't normally do that. Not only did they build these millwork projects for us, they aided with the design detailing and value engineering to help accomplish the desired look at a reasonable price.
Having worked in construction for over 20 years on projects that range in value from $100K to over $140M, I have dealt with many respected millwork professionals. We know instantly whether or not they are qualified, competent and most of all, trustworthy. Randy and his team provided excellent quality, service and attention to detail, which is what we require and all we will accept from our subcontractors. Their workmen were professional, detail-oriented, careful with their surroundings and they cleaned up after themselves without being asked.
I recommend this company for anyone looking for quality custom millwork. And don't be surprised if you have to wait a short while for a spot in their production window; people know who these guys are and they are lining up for a reason.
